Time to be fully honest, I’ve had artists block for nearly a year now.

This weekend I went to a wonderful conference called zero2illo it was the first conference of its kind purely for illustrators, there was a cornucopia of talented illustrators present and lots to be said about my chosen proffesion. One thing really hit home, I got told by an industry proffesional that I just need to draw what I like, now I’m pretty certain I’ve been told this by friends and family countless times before and its never really sunk in but this time it really did. Instead of making work to try and fit what I think people want I just need to figure out what I want and what I like. Sounds simple but I’ve been sat trying to figure out what I like for several hours now and gotten nowhere. Just letting everyone know that I may end up using my tumblr as a mood board for a while..or at least putting up a mood board for people to tell me what they think I should focus on.
So yeah pleasey pleasey keep in touch, cheers ma dears :)
